Shanna began her real estate career in 2003 where she started as a buyer's agent for a successful team at RE/MAX Ability Plus in Carmel, Indiana. During this time, she became familiar with the REO foreclosure market by working with experienced brokers and assisting investors by coordinating remodeling efforts.

Shanna moved back to her home town of Aurora, Indiana in 2005 and worked as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Joshua One Custom Homes located in the Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area. She gained experience in new home sales, amenities selection, coordinating construction change orders with project managers and interior designers during her time at Joshua One.

In 2007, Shanna established Empire Real Estate. Realizing the growing demand for buyers to acquire government and bank-owned properties, she decided to use her knowledge of the REO market to create a niche in Southeastern Indiana that focused on distressed property sales. The Company's web site, http://www.empirerepos.com, was created in 2008 to provide the local community a one-stop shop listing all government and bank-owned properties for sale without obligations or costs to the customer.

Through years of building relationships and selling homes, Shanna not only became an REO expert but a qualified traditional real estate broker that prides herself on quality customer service and integrity.

In addition to being the owner of Empire Real Estate, Shanna has also served on the property tax board of appeals for Dearborn County, which expanded her knowledge of the local property tax process.

She was elected as the Treasurer for the Southeastern Indiana Board of REALTORS® in 2023, the Board of Directors for 2018-2019, served as Chairman of the MLS & REALTOR® Safety Committees in 2021, and was selected as 2021 REALTOR® of the Year for Southeastern Indiana Board of REALTORS®.

Shanna currently serves on the Community Service and MLS committees of the Southeastern Indiana Board of REALTORS®.

Pam began her real estate career with Empire Real Estate in 2013. Through years of assisting Shanna, she has become an experienced buyer's agent that takes pride in providing excellent customer service to her clients.

Pam is also an expert in property valuation. She works with vendors to provide professional reports on property values in the Southeastern Indiana market. She has 10+ years of experience with market data research, which is extremely valuable to her clients.

Pam currently serves on the Community Service Committee of the Southeastern Indiana Board of REALTORS®. She is responsible for organizing the committee's annual Trunk or Treat in Rising Sun, Indiana, where she coordinates with the Mayor, City Council, and Main Street to ensure a successful event each year.
